Emily Silman - Height 5'8 - What do you do IRL? My day job is at Food Network in their online division. Outside of work you can find me cooking and baking in my kitchen, running in Greenpoint, or doing volunteer fundraising work for Gilda's Club, City Harvest, the Greenpoint Soup Kitchen, and other organizations. Your URL? www.craigskitchen.wordpress.com. This is the website of the volunteer group that some friends and I started last year. Why did you choose this look? In my head, I envisioned wearing this to have tea at the Plaza, which is my fondest memory from my first visit to NYC at age 6. The dress is feminine and really pretty, but the shoes and accessories give it a little more of a modern edge, and, the shoes are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn!
Erin Whelan - Height: 5'6 - What do you do IRL? I own and operate a little accessories shop on the lower east side called Clarabella. Outside of shop hours, you might find me tirelessly trackign down new music, biking over the williamsburg bridge, or sipping a glass of wine with friends. Your url? www.clarabellanyc.com - Why did you choose this look? - I love the blue layered over the sea green and the subtle splash of color from the braided belt. The material is so soft and it seems like the perfect dress to wear to the shop and then dress it up a little for an evening out. The bag just might be my new obsession. More often than not, I'm bike commuting so I need a cross-body bag that can hold all my stuff and keep my looking stylish. In my business, I'm always on the look out for bags that have high style combined with high function, and this bag has it all. The shoes -- well they're just awesome!
