What is the status of my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of any item, simply return the item to us to the return address on your packingslip, in its original condition, for a full refund of your purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Be sure to include your order number and customer information so that we may properly process and credit your return.
What if my bag required a repair?
We will repair or replace to the best of our ability free of charge all items purchased from us for a period of one year, just pay the shipping to get the item to us. After one year, we will work with you to repair your bag to tip-top condition for a modest fee based on our expenses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders to many countries around the world. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the purchase.
What is the balance of my gift card/certificate? When does it expire?
If you have a gift card, you can check the available balance and expiration date by clicking here
